This machine was supplied to a well known Swedish car manufacturers paint plant maintenance department. The machine was designed to test paint gear pumps after refurbishment. The machine is designed to cater for several different sizes of pump and features two independent test compartments.

The test sequences are PLC controlled and the test parameters are programmable via a HMI panel. The tests comprise running the pump at various speeds and checking the flow output to verify that they are within tolerance. The test sequence also features a pump priming cycle and cleanout sequence at the end of test.
